Where is my order?
Please allow up to 2 business days processing time for all orders before they're dispatched and tracking updated. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will be notified.
I haven't received my order and it's been lost by the delivery company, can I get a refund?
You must email us as soon as possible. In the case of not receiving your order, we will investigate this with the courier and update you on the status of a refund. Investigation can take between 1-5+ working days as it depends on the communication and status updates with the courier. Once there is a conclusion, decision of a refund will be communicated in writing (via email).
Are the sizes of the items accurate?
