Politique de remboursement
Items can only be returned & refunded if they are;
-In original packaging and excellent condition.
-Returned within 30 days receipt of delivery.
You must inspect the items upon delivery. The customer must email us as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for the full cost of sending back their item. We do not cover the costs. You will be refunded if your item is in excellent condition. Items not in excellent condition means you are not eligible for a refund but may instead receive an exchange OR store credit.
For items damaged upon delivery:
Please email us proof pics of the items. We will try and send you your replacement item for free. If the replacement item is not in stock, we will discuss sending an alternative with the customer. The customer is also able to retrieve a refund if they do not want a replacement item.
For items not delivered:
In the case of not receiving your order, we will investigate this with the courier and update you on the status of a refund. Investigation can take between 1-5+ working days as it depends on the communication and status updates with the courier. Once there is a conclusion, decision of a refund will be communicated in email.
We reserve the right to refuse any refunds which do not comply with any of the above.
